However you do it, self-evaluation is an important thing to do to help ensure that you are growing and developing both your business and your practice. You will be evaluating what you do on a continual day to basis, even if it is only sub-consciously, but it is also helpful to occasionally sit down and do things in a more considered or formal basis.
